Michaels: Planned Outages, Possible Delays in PO Availability

Michaels has two planned outages that may affect our purchase orders processing. The dates for the outages are Saturday-Sunday, February 16-17, 2008, and Saturday-Sunday February 23-24, 2008.
If purchase orders are delayed, they should be ready by 03:00 CST rather than their usual 01:00 CST.
If you have an automated process for retrieving your purchase orders from our sftp site, you may need to adjust the run time for those processes. These possible delays affect only those orders normally posted on the indicated dates.
The Michaels secure ftp site will not be affected by these outages and will be continue to operate normally.
We apologize for these potential delays and any inconvenience they may cause.

AAFES: EDI Transmission Delays
"Dear Suppliers,
During the period 15-18 February 08, AAFES will be cutting over to a new Oracle Retail replenishment system. We don’t anticipate any major disruptions to our EDI transmissions, but please be aware of the following:
• Purchase Orders: If you normally receive EDI orders from AAFES on Monday or Tuesday, you will not receive a transmission on Monday, 18 Feb 08 or Tuesday, 19 Feb 08. The first transmission following our cutover will be on Wednesday, 20 Feb 08.
• VMI:
• We don’t anticipate any delays in the transmission of the 852 sales data at this time. Should this change, it should be no longer than 1 day late.
• 855 transmissions received before 1:00 PM Central Time on Friday, 15 Feb 08, will be processed as normal. 855 transmissions received between 1:00 PM Central Time on Friday, 15 Feb 08, and 3:30 PM Central Time on Tuesday, 19 Feb 08, will not be processed until 3:30 PM Central Time on Tuesday, 19 Feb 08."
